With everyone connected via media platforms and outlets school leaders must be ahead of the game.  According to Dr. Landor school leaders must become a catalyst for change. School leaders must be managers, instructional leaders,and advocates for excellence on every level. If you don't update and upgrade you are functioning from a place of mediocrity and complacency. When you update and upgrade do your homework. Adopt and adapt to meet the needs of our staff and student population. Those who are not willing to be progressive will have a "Who Moved My Cheese Mentality". Be ready to take the lead to train and not complain about what needs to done.
